Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources, Caitlin brings an unparalleled level of expertise and commitment to her role. Her achievements are further underscored by her AIRS ADP certification as a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), a credential that has honed her skills in advanced talent sourcing strategies. This expertise allows her to meet the ever-evolving needs of her organization, ensuring that only the best talent is recruited.

Scott Reid has been a dedicated professional in the construction industry for over 30 years, bringing extensive experience in the industrial and commercial sectors. His expertise spans concrete, high-performance coatings, telecommunications, and other specialized fields. Born in 1972, Scott earned his degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Scott's career has taken him across the country, working on a variety of projects, including some of the largest and most complex in the industry. Beyond his professional achievements, Scott is a proud husband of 29 years and a devoted father to two children. His deep commitment to his craft and family underscores his enduring work ethic and passion for excellence.

Abigail Watkins is the Payables and Procurement Manager at a fast-paced commercial contracting firm, where she leads vendor relations, oversees accounts payable operations, and streamlines procurement strategies to maximize cost efficiency and compliance. A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Business Administration, Abigail combines financial discipline with sharp negotiation skills to ensure every purchase and payment aligns with organizational goals. She’s known for her meticulous attention to detail, her ability to manage complex vendor networks, and her firm-but-fair approach to enforcing contract terms.

Abigail lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee with her husband John and their two boys.
